Training Course(s)

Description of incentive
We will agree with you the appropriate training courses for you to attend and we will fund the course costs for you ( and your Partner if applicable ) : • Business Foundation Programme BFP– 5 days • Winning in a Local Market Area WILMA Parts 1 & 2 – 2 days • Food Retailing Education & Development FRED - 1 day

Payment Method
The costs will be paid directly by the Company to the training providers.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. If you are booked on a course and you do not attend , you will be charged the full rate for the course: Inclusive of VAT BFP £581.63 one delegate or £816.63 two delegates; FRED £293.75 ; WILMA £293.75 Accommodation and other out of pocket expenses will be borne by you. Rent Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer a contribution to your rent. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
Rent charges to you will be discounted for an agreed period. This will be credited to your commercial account on a monthly basis.

Fixtures & Fittings Rental Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer a contribution to the payment of rental for fixtures and fittings. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Fixtures and fittings rental charges to you will be discounted for the agreed period. This will be credited to your commercial account on a monthly basis.

We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your cellar cooling contract for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your buildings insurance for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Business Rates Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your business rates for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your commercial account with the agreed monthly amount. You will remain liable for the full payment of your business rates to the Local Authority.

First Drinks Order Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your first drinks order placed through our sales and service centre. This will be agreed with you in writing before you occupy the premises.

Payment Method
We will credit your trade account with us with the agreed amount.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. You have to place your drinks order through the Company and it is only applicable to tied products.

Legal Fees Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your legal fees upon completion of the agreement. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount. You will be required to evidence the cost with a bona fide invoice from your legal representative. This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. You must settle your own legal costs directly with your representative. The Company will not enter into any direct agreement with your legal representative. If the agreement is aborted, the incentive contribution will not be paid to you. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.

Accountancy Package Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your annual accountancy package from one of our nominated suppliers for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
The accountancy package will be discounted for an agreed period. This will be credited to your commercial account on a monthly basis.

Repair & Maintenance Fund (Lease) or Decoration Fund (Tenancy) Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution to your Repair & Maintenance Fund or Decoration Fund which you hold with us for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your fund with us with the agreed amount for the agreed period.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. If you infringe the terms of your agreement with us, our contribution to the fund becomes null and void. You must also contribute your own funds to your Maintenance and Decorating to become eligible for this incentive. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.

Deposit Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards your deposit with us. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your deposit with us with the agreed amount.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. The contribution is repayable in full to us if you do not remain in occupation for the minimum period of your agreement with us or infringe your agreement with us. Trade Order Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of a drinks order placed through our sales and service centre. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount.

Compliance Package (Allianz ) Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of you Allianz Health & Safety package for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
The compliance package will be discounted for an agreed period. This will be credited to your commercial account on a monthly basis.

SKY or ESPN Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your SKY or ESPN public sports viewing package for an agreed period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
The Sky or ESPN contribution will be credited to your commercial account on a monthly basis.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. Entertainment Support Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution to your entertainment activity . This is to contribute to the costs of planned entertainment costs of your business such as karaoke, disco or bands to grow consumer footfall in your pub over a period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount. You will be required to evidence the cost with a bona fide invoice from your supplier. This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

Marketing Support Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution to your marketing activity . This is to contribute to the costs of planned marketing costs of your business such a flyers, leaflets, a-boards, point of sale or advertising to grow consumer footfall in your pub over a period of time. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount. You will be required to evidence the cost with a bona fide invoice from your supplier. This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

We will offer you a contribution to one of our Coffee Support Packages from our nominated supplier. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

Food Support Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution to one of our Food Support Packages from our nominated supplier. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount. You will be required to evidence the cost with a bona fide invoice from the supplier. This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

Wi-Fi Installation Contribution

Description of incentive
We will offer you a contribution towards the cost of your Wi Fi installation . This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
We will credit your commercial account with us with the agreed amount. You will be required to evidence the cost with a bona fide invoice from your supplier. This invoice must be sent to the Company with details of the public house and your name. Payment will made to your commercial account within 30 days of receipt.

Terms & Conditions This incentive is only available as part of this campaign. It may be withdrawn at any time unless you have signed an agreement with us. It is not transferable to another party. The benefit of this incentive will only be given once the agreement has been signed by you and you are in occupation of the pub. You have to have a contract with one of our nominated providers. You are responsible for all monthly broadband service fees and line rental charges. You will provide our installer with a live BT phone line and socket at your cost. Booker Food Vouchers

Description of incentive
We will offer you Booker vouchers to enable you to purchase food products through Booker locations. We will offer you vouchers in increments of £50 to an agreed amount and for an agreed period. This will be agreed with you in writing before the agreement is completed.

Payment Method
The cost of the Booker vouchers will be borne directly by the Company and they will be delivered to you on a monthly basis.
