The Witham Tavern is situated on Witham Bank East just to the North of the centre of the historic town of Boston. The pub occupies a good position overlooking the Withern River and Marina and close links to the A52 to Spilsby and Sleaford. The main trade comes from the local village but there is also a healthy passing trade from visitors to the local museum and popular tourist attraction Church in Boston known as the 'Stump'. A traditional brick built two bar property which is split into lounge and restaurant dining area both in good condition from a refurbishment and redecoration in 2008.
