The charming Cardigan Bay harbour resort of New Quay. It is a well known and historic listed public house occupying a prominent position beside the A361 to the east of the town centre. The Black Lion stands alongside the main access road to the harbour and has an excellent lawned garden overlooking both the harbour and sea. The hotel is reputed to have been the first Inn in New Quay dating in part from the 17th century. The property also retains many period features with its atmosphere being maintained whilst incorporating modern facilities.
