Red Cross

96 High Street
Reigate
RH2 9AP

The Red Cross is a listed building situated on the High Street in Reigate, a charming and historic market town in Surrey lying at the foot of the North Downs and within the London commuter belt. Much of this beautiful town is designated as a conservation area, with Priory Park having 200 acres of space and woodland, and the Castle Grounds – tucked behind the High Street house the historic caves beneath the town which are linked to the Magna Carta. These are open during the summer months and are a big tourist attraction. The property itself has great character with a traditional two bar operation which has a rustic design and feel in keeping with this listed building. There is also a small trade kitchen which caters easily for the current food levels of the business. This site offers tremendous opportunity to further increase trade through both live music and entertainment and to develop the food led side of the business which is all dependent on getting the right retailer with the right investment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop an already great community pub.
