The Board Inn is located on a busy main road which runs parallel to the A1 and is a fairly prominent corner site. It is a community pub with a number of sports teams and has a big screen TV. The new retailer will have an ability to attract/build loyal custom from the nearby housing states and industrial units and must look to attract them with activities such as quiz nights and regular sporting and charity fund raising events. The traditional food offer will also benefit from building a loyal following.
