Dunes is a traditional wet led community pub located in Sandfields, Port Talbot. Sandfields is a mainly residential district in the South Wales on a narrow coastal plain between Mynydd Dinas and the sea. The area includes a housing estate, industrial areas and seaside resort of Aberavon Beach. The property is approximately three miles away from Margan Park, near to local shops and the M4. The pub comprises, large bar/games room with pool table and darts area and a large lounge therefore it is used mostly by locals often including teams for pool and darts. The private accommodation includes three bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and an office. Ideally we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic retailer.
